How long will my delivery take to arrive?

Once you have placed your order it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Except during peak sale times please allow an additional day for dispatch. All orders are sent with Australia Post.

Once your order has been shipped you will be emailed your tracking details.

Please note at present we are experiencing delays in packaging and with delivery via Australia Post. You patience at this time is appreciated.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost within Australia flat rate $15

Free Shipping over $100 (not in conjunction with other offers or sales).

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What happens if I no longer want the product I ordered?

If you wish to return or exchange an item please contact us directly at orders@reelbrand.com.au and let us know what the concern is. We would also love to hear any feedback you have.

Reel Brand both refund & exchange for change of mind within 14 days of purchase for full priced items only.    

When returning any item the product must be unworn and in the same sellable condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labels and tags attached. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including all sale items and swimwear. Return postage will be at customers expense. 

Once RB has received your return, we will send you an email to notify you and will also let you know if your item has been approved for a refund/exchange/credit note.

 

I received my order & it is faulty or not what I ordered, what do I do?

Contact us directly at orders@reelbrand.com.au we will be happy to arrange a replacement/exchange or refund if we do not have the item you require in stock. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving yours order to ensure we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Also ensure that you return the unwanted items in same condition you received them in, unworn and with the original packaging/tags.

 

SALE & DISCOUNT ITEMS


Can I return a sale item?

Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded for change of mind - this includes items that are purchased online with a store discount code or offer. Exchange period as above for another in stock item.

Discounts cannot be used on sale items.
